1 John Deere X394 Riding Lawn Tractor with 22HP Motor and 48" Cut, 111 hours It has 4 wheel steer, hydraulic blade raise and lower, digital display and more. It starts right up and seems to run like it should. This is a nice mower. We have had a battery maintainer on it and it seems to have charged the battery. You are buying it as-is. It appears to be a very nice mower with very low hours. Please note condition in images and we have included a short video of it running and going through it's paces. It seems to function as it should. Again, appears to be a very nice mower! 2 John Deere Lawn Sweeper It does not seem to have had a great deal of use and seems to function fine. Still buying as-is. 3 John Deere 7 Metal Dump Trailer Does not appear to have a lot of use and tires will need air. 4 Scotts Speedy Green 3000 Seeder and Craftsman 32cc Gas Power Weed Trimmer The seeder seems to function fine and weed eater pulls through. We did not start it. 5 Weed Eater Power Edge PE 550, 22cc Motor Gas Edger It pulls through. We did not start it. 6 Tractor Type Lawn Sprinkler, Decorative Flamingo and Oil Can 7 6' Wood Step Ladder, Leaf Rake and Fisker Pole Tree Trimmer 8 Outdoor Swing in Pieces it appears to be complete and will need to be put together. You are buying what you see, how you see it. The majority of the hardware looks like is in a bag and rest is attached to swing. It is located in back shed. 9 Glass Top and Aluminum Outdoor Table and Chairs with Umbrella and Heavy Metal Stand 10 Ariens 624 Gas Power Snow Blower It does not seem to have been used much. It pulls through fine. But has no gas and we did not start it. 11 Craftsman, Gas Powered, Lawn Edger/Trencher, Curb Hop Feature, 3 Position Cut and 140cc Motor It has the Briggs and Stratton 550 Series Motor. 12 Homelite Mighty Lite 26BV Gas Blower It pulls through. We did not start it. It has no gas in it. 13 Group of Five Plastic Gas Cans This lot includes: A 5 Gallon Can, A 2 Gallon Can, Two 1 Gallon Cans and 1 1/4 Gallon Can. The five gallon has a little gas in it. We can not ship this lot. Please do not ask or try to. 14 EGo 56Volt Cordless Weed Eater, Working!! 15 LG Direct Drive WM 2201HW Washing Machine on Stand with Drawer They are working in home. Please bring equipment and personal to remove from home. It is 52 inches tall and 27 inches wide. 16 LG Sensor Dry DLE2301W Dryer on Stand with Drawer They are working in home. It is low on yellow. We have no way to actually test it other than turning it on. You are buying it as is. 61 Fender Squire Amp Champ 15 Does not look like it has had much use at all. Plugged it in and it came on. Still as-is. 62 Pair of Bose 4.2 Direct/Reflecting Speakers We are listening to them as I type and they sound good! 63 Onkyo TX-SR700(B) Ampli-Tuner AV Receiver It is what is playing through the Bose speakers as I type and it seems to work just fine.
