Taking our show on the road again. This auction will be on location at 12882 county road 800 south. Yes, we are talking waaaaay out there in Posey County. Not only will we be selling an amazing line up of antiques, tools, houseware and décor, trailers, and so much more, we will be offering up for auction the house and the 2+- acers that it sits on. If you want seclusion and country air, this is the place for you. Open house dates and times: Sunday Sept. 22 2-4PM and Thursday Sept. 26 5-7PM Terms of the real estate: It will be offered for auction at 12PM. This place is being sold as is where is with no warranties are guarantees expressed. The successful bidder will be asked to place a 10% deposit of the final cost of the real estate the day of the auction with the remainder due at closing. The closing will be in Evansville. The purchaser will be guaranteed an up to date title on the property at closing.
Terms of sale: Cash, check, or c/c (3% surcharge on c/c). No sales tax at this auction. All items sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or returns. Items should be removed from the auction site the day of the auction, unless other arrangements are made with auction office. Any items left for over one week will become the property of the auction barn. All purchases are to be paid for the day of the auction.
