Auction Pick Up Date: FRIDAY September 20th - 1pm - 6pm
Note this is the ONLY PICK UP DATE - Any items that remain after this date will be defaulted to our shipping department and must be shipped after 7pm September 20th, 2024 - NO EXCEPTION!

You, the buyer, are responsible for contacting Mid-State Auction Service (217)-552-7649 to set aside lots for shipping.
Shipping will be set up after you contact us and let us know that you will need your items shipped
Shipping is actual cost plus a $15 handling fee when shipped to your address provided on Hibid.
Note: if you do not respond to us regarding your order after we have made 2 attempts ( approx. 2 weeks time) your items will be returned to stock and no refund will be given per our auction page. It is crucial that you have your contact information up to date with Hibid. Messages will be sent via a text message so please be aware. Emails may go to your spam folder, so please check those also.
A Fifteen Percent (15) Buyer Fee will apply to each lot sold on the auction.
