This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. NO SHIPPING. All items are sold AS IS, Where Is. By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to the terms of inspection or waive your right to inspect the item. All items are sold in their current condition at pickup. Please call/email with questions prior to bidding.
Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute.
Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Onsite pickup & checkout will be on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 10:00AM-2:00PM. Location= 11655 Hwy 45 Platte City, Mo 64079. After the auction has ended, you will be emailed an itemized invoice. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you don't miss your invoice. Must pay at local pickup (NO SHIPPING) - cash, check or card (3% convenience fee on card purchases). MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AT REGISTRATION.
Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. You are expected to pay for all items won regardless of how many you bid on. Additionally, any bidder that does not pay for their items will not be allowed to participate in future Hiatt Auction Service online events.

Hiatt Auction Service has beem hired to sell the estate of the late Arthur "Art" & Mary Jo Moppin. The Moppin�s were long-time residents of the Weston/Farley area. Their children have decided to sell their personal belongings. Mrs. Moppin was an avid collector of glassware, antiques, various primitives, coo-coo clocks, antique furniture, and many more treasures! Onsite pickup & payment will be on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 10:00am-2:00pm. Shipping is offered for this auction, but every buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees + a $10 handling fee. 1 Black powder pistol Older what appears to be 32 caliber black powder pistol. 2 H & R model 623 pistol unsure on caliber. Solid good in good firing order. 3 Rough rider 22 caliber pistol Heritage manufacturing 22 caliber pistol. Box manual all included. Never fired. 4 Cobra 380 pistol ; Nice compact 380 pistol. 5 Black powder pistol Octagon barrel black powder pistol. Spanish made. Caliber unknown.
