The high bidder will need to sign the purchase and sale agreement electronically immediately following the auction, and the $5,000.00 earnest money must be received by 10:00am the day following the auction unless other arrangements are made prior to the auction close. Final bid/offer must be submitted to the court for approval. If accepted, the sale is to close within 15 days for cash.
