Auction Terms & Conditions Bidding Notice: TERMS OF THE SALE: Please read ALL of our terms & conditions before bidding. Our general terms of sale apply except as modified below. There is a 3% buyer's premium on the real estate. Triple A Realty is offering this real estate at auction online with reserve. The high bidder will need to sign the purchase and sale agreement electronically immediately following the auction, and the $5,000.00 earnest money must be received by 10:00am the day following the auction unless other arrangements are made prior to the auction close. Final bid/offer must be submitted to the court for approval. If accepted, the sale is to close within 15 days for cash. Seller requires any pre-auction offers to be made before 12 hours of auction close. If seller accepts any pre-auction offer before the auction ends, the auction will be suspended. Buyer will pay all closing fees. The property taxes will be prorated at closing. Property is sold as-is, where-is; inspection and due diligence are the responsibility of the buyer.
