The high bidder will need to sign the purchase and sale agreement electronically immediately following the auction, and the $5,000.00 earnest money must be received by 10:00am the day following the auction unless other arrangements are made prior to the auction close. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the high bid. If accepted, the sale is to close within 15 days for cash.
