Survey is at buyers expense and property will be sold as stated in property description from parcel number. a 7% buyers premium will apply to property sale.

Real Estate Terms:

1.       Pole Garage and property open house Sat. Aug 31 from 12:00-1:00 p.m

2.       To bid on real estate day of auction must pre register.

3.       Real estate and garage will be offered for auction at 12:00 p.m day of auction. Minimum Bid $35,000

4.       7% buyers premium added to final hammer price.

5.       Bidders must bring cashier’s check or money order payable to themselves for $5,000 down payment, Check with bank letter of credit, or Cash.

6.       Must close within 30-45 days of signed purchase agreement

7.       Property is sold as is with no guarantees

8.       Purchase agreement will be signed day of sale if terms are met.

9.       Deposit will be held in Escrow with closing agent.

10.    If buyer fails to close or backs out of deal down payment will be forfeited.
