Dr. Bowman was a retired optometrist and the owner of Bowman Eye Clinic in Burlington, NC. He was a dedicated member of Macedonia Lutheran Church, the Coastal Carolina Association, the American Optometric Association, and a Founding Board Member of the Twin Lakes Community. In addition to his professional life, Dr. Bowman was a man of many passions. He had a deep love for art, water skiing, and woodworking. His home was filled with his curated art collection and handcrafted woodworking pieces. The estate also beautifully showcases Kay Bowman�s love for decorating, pottery, and artisan creations, making it a truly unique and personal space. Dr. Bowman along with Kay were also die-hard UNC Tar Heels. To honor his memory and celebrate the rich life he led, his family will be holding an auction of his estate.
