We will contact you to set up an appointment to meet at our Warehouse in Allentown. 1) PAYMENT: Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction. Once sale is over, if you won any items your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash (PRIOR TO THE START of the AUCTION) your card WILL be CHARGED. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium and 3% credit card fee is applied to all purchases, plus any sales taxes that apply (6% for PA Residents). If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. 2) PICKUP: Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at 1801 Union Blvd, Ste 105, Allentown. SCHEDULE: You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. Pick ups will start Thursday-Saturday. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN A WEEK OF THE AUCTION WILL BE CHARGED A STORAGE FEE OF $5.00 PER DAY! If you require a different pick up time, please contact us at 215-444-5353. When in doubt call before bidding! It the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all times to the best of our knowledge.
