This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. NO SHIPPING. All items are sold AS IS, Where Is. By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to the terms of inspection or waive your right to inspect the item. All items are sold in their current condition at pickup. Please call/email with questions prior to bidding.
Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute.
Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Onsite pickup & checkout will be on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 10:00AM-2:00PM. Location= 401 Main Street, Weston MO 64098. After the auction has ended, you will be emailed an itemized invoice. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you don't miss your invoice. Must pay at local pickup (NO SHIPPING) - cash, check or card (3% convenience fee on card purchases). MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AT REGISTRATION.
Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. You are expected to pay for all items won regardless of how many you bid on. Additionally, any bidder that does not pay for their items will not be allowed to participate in future Hiatt Auction Service online events.
Auction company is not responsible for internet issues you may experience during closing. We reserve the right to pause/postpone the closing if there are technical issues out of our control. Hiatt Auction Service has been hired to sell the Estate of Creighton Spinn. Creighton has been a long-time resident of Weston. He has moved to smaller living quarters, given his age. His collection of unique items collected over the years will be sold in this online auction. Also included in the auction, is a consigner liquidating a large variety of items including tools, several trailers, vehicles, antique pistols, several lawn tractors and much more!
Out of state buyers will be required to ship FFL to FFL or if local out of state register with auction companies FFL. We will be offering shipping on items in this auction. Please email us at hiattauctions@gmail.com to confirm if your lots can be shipped PRIOR to bidding. As a buyer, you are responsible for ALL shipping/packaging costs + a $10 handing (one-time) fee. OUT OF STATE BIDDERS: You must pay over the phone on the day of pickup (Saturday, August 24, 2024). Your items will note be shipped until payment is made over the phone. Although you register with a credit card, we do not have access to that information and do not run those cards. Please call us at 816-210-7015 or 816-888-9242 on the date of pickup to make a payment. Once payments have been recieved, items will be shipped within 2 weeks after the closing of the sale. Your credit card will be charged directly at the shipping company when packaged. 6 1955 Chevy frame Previous owner built this frame to make a 1955 Chevy wagon into a Hi Boy. Hi boy spindles were removed and regular spindles reinstalled. Painted with front springs, spindles, and leaf springs. Very nice piece. 7 Antique bed Full size antique bed frame. 48� tall, 65� wide. Wheels on head, and footboard. Nice solid ornate framed wooden bed. 8 Antique vanity Pretty older antique vanity. Needs some attention but quality piece for and household. 54� wide, 19� depth,68� at tallest point. Only 2 original mirrors for side panels, refurbished several years ago. Been in storage since. 9 Craftsman generator Auto start generator. Right at 20 hours, runs perfect. Has pull start as well. Nice machine. 10 Wooden dresser Okder wooden dresser with two brass based lamps. 11 Iver Johnson 38 pistol Top 5 break 38 pistol in very sound shape. Dry fire timing is excellent for this old of gun. Is in shooting condition. It is a 7 shot spur trigger pocket pistol. Out of state FFL Required for shipping or local transaction. 13 Forehand arms .32 caliber pistol Gun is interesting piece of history. Some surface wear and rust. Hammer is non working. Non shooting recommended unless thorough repair done. Good gun for mantle or display. 3 1/2 � barrel 6 shot. 14 German Flobert .22 blank Very neat pistol. Single shot, shoots blanks, with spur trigger. Another great collector piece. 15 Classic arms / CMC Snake eyes double barrel Probably the most interesting piece of all the firearms. This .36 cal cap and ball black powder pocket pistol is ornate and has never been fired. Beautiful fire arm worthy of any collection. 16 Antique furniture wooden glass front display case, with metal framed side table. 17 Antique dresser Very modest well aged dresser. Mirror is missing but nice antique piece.
