The pick up date is Wednesday, August 7th from 9:00 - 1:00 in Eureka. Your credit card will be automatically charged after the auction ends. For shipped items, a $3.00 handling fee will be added to exact postage and added to your statement prior to charging your card. A 12% Buyers Premium will apply to final bids. We do our best to describe all items but all sales are final and "as is". Please ask questions prior to bidding. If you don't remove everything in the auction lot you will be charged a $25 removal fee. If you fail to pick up your items on the date & time designated, there will be no refunds..all sales are final. Non-payments will be reported to HiBid for fellow auctioneers to review and may affect your chance to register for future auctions. Sorry for all the terms and conditions...but they're needed. The pick-up date will be Wednesday, August 7th from 9:00 - 1:00 in Eureka. 1 Tiger Oak Dining Room Set This is a beautiful antique dining room set! It's been well maintained. One of the chairs has a crack in the back near the base but we'll glue it before pick up. It doesn't affect the use of the chair and you won't notice it. No other wear, st... 2 Antique Federal Style Dresser This is a GORGEOUS antique dresser set in a federal style. The only wear is on the front drawer as shown in the photo. No stains or damage. Check my other listings for matching pieces. 36" wide x 20" deep. 3 Antique Federal Style Dresser & Mirror This is another beautiful federal style dresser and mirror set. No wear, stains or damage. Maybe one small scratch on the top. The mirror tilts. Check my other listings for matching pieces! 46" wide x 22.5" deep 4 Full Size Antique Federal Style Bed This listing includes the headboard, footboard, adjustable plank base and the side rails (side rails not shown in photos). It's a full size set in superb condition! I believe the side rails show some scratching and use but the headboard/footboard... 5 Large Wooden Adjustable Bookshelf This is a large, solid wood bookcase with adjustable shelves (on a brass track). It shows a little wear but nothing crazy...great condition! The approximate size is 5' wide x 7' tall. 6 Antique Federal Style Writing Desk This is a beautiful antique writing desk...on the smaller side so it will fit anywhere. It would make a nice vanity as well. The piece is in superb condition with no wear, stains or damage...well maintained! It measures 46" wide x 20" deep. C... 7 Antique Federal Mahogany Drop Front Secretary Desk This is a beautiful piece with no stains, wear or damage...so well maintained! Small enough to fit in any room. I forgot to measure but it's approximately 45" wide x about 7' tall with finial. GORGEOUS! 8 Colonial Style Shutter Door Bar Hutch This is a solid piece that needs just a little TLC. It shows some scratches and rings on the top and seems to be missing a drawer. This would make a great bar for a small space. It's 30" wide x 17" deep x 60" tall. 9 Cherry Office Credenza It's in superb condition with no wear, scratches or damage. It measures 48" long x 20" deep x 30" tall. 10 Large Vintage Executive Desk Large excecutive desk in excellent condition...no stains or damage. It looks like the lock is missing in the center drawer. It's SUPER heavy and you will need 2-3 strong people to move it. It's located on the first floor (thank Goodness!). 73"... 11 Magnavox Micromatic Console Stereo WORKS GREAT! This is a fantastic stereo console that works great! All componants have been tested and they work just fine. A lovely sound, for sure! No damage to the wooden console exterior. It has ball and claw feet and decorative arms. It measures 28" x 24" framed. 28 Signed Watercolor Floral This is a lovely orginial watercolor...professionally framed. Excellent condition - it measures 19" x 9" in size. Ready to hang. 29 Fenton Custard Glass Vase Planter This is a beautiful custard glass planter in a silverplate base. So lovely! It's marked Fenton on the bottom and is in excellent condition with no damage. It measures 5" planter only or 13" to the top of the silverplate circle. 30 Blue Floral Electric Hurricane Lamp It's been electrified at some point and is in good working condition - no damage. It measures 22" tall. 31 Green Pottery Leaf Design Table Lamp This pottery lamp is in excellent working condition with no damage. It measures 20" tall with a green pleated shade. 32 3 Oil Hurricane Lamps All three are in great condition with no damage. About 19" tall. 33 Mirrored Tray This lovely wooden framed tray is in good condition with no damage. It measures 21" x 13" in size. 34 Palomar Bird Theme Pottery Tray It measures 11" x 8" with no damage. Marked Palomar on the rear. 35 Enamelware Pottery Pitcher It looks like enamelware but I'm pretty sure it's pottery or ceramic. A good one!
