If item/s are won the Buyer is to notify Clear Creek Auctions within 24 hours of close of auction with instructions for shipping. The auction purchase must be at least $25 to be eligible for shipping. Instructions and payment to shipping company for packaging, insurance and shipping are Buyer's sole responsibility. Clear Creek Auctions will deliver items less than 30 pounds to local shipping company. Clear Creek Auctions is not liable or responsible for any issues arising during shipping.
