Quantity of contents is a mixture - a home, may or may not have a garage, shed or car port and may be practically empty, while other homes, and/or home, garage and shed may have furniture and personal property belongings. All properties are abandoned, no one currently lives in the home.

Please be advised that the listed home(s) is being sold through a public auction sale managed through Diana Cook Indiana Licensed Auctioneer. At no time does Weatherstone Village assume responsibility for processing any Titling Paperwork for the home(s) listed as home(s) is titled and owned by another individual. Any and all interested parties will take FULL responsibility of this home at the time of purchase, today - day of Auction, if they are the winning purchaser. 

Weatherstone Village will relinquish al original paperwork required in which to conduct this public auction on the listed home(s).

  • Title Search indicating titleholder and/or lienholders
  • Certified letters mailed to titleholder and all lienholders(s) listed on the title search
  • Publisher's Affidavit of Publication
  • Bill of Sale

 

Winning purchaser (high winning bidder) accepts and agrees to all responsibility of the listed home(s) Day of Auction Date in processing paperwork in which to obtain title in their name. Furthermore, all monthly fees on the site where home is located will become the responsibility of the purchaser immediately on Auction Day. Purchaser accepts and agrees to pay Weatherstone Village the ongoing monthly site fee ($520.00) + $40. monthly water/sewer fee beginning date of public sale until this home has either been resold to a qualified buyer who has signed a new lease with Weatherstone Village or the listed home has been removed from the Weatherstone Village property. If the home has not been resold to a qualified buyer with sixty (60) days from date of public sale, the purchaser must complete a community application, obtain community approval for the site, sign the community lease and pay all required fees OR remove the home from the community immediately.
