Registration:
Sign up to bid on the auction platform and send in the Auto Auction Bidder Registration Form  New vehicle bidders MUST fill this out and send back. Deadline 6pm on the last night for new bidders. 

If you have been approved to bid on vehicles in the past, log in with your previously approved account and click on the "Get approved to bid" button one time.

Bidding will extend for two minutes if another bidder bids within the last two minutes of the current closing. (We recommend not waiting for the last seconds to bid, internet connections go down, computers have issues, lags and more)

Preview appointments 
  Available by Appointment weekdays, July 10, 11, 12  from 9am - 3:30pm. July 15 and 16 may be available with different hours.
Saturday, July 13 at 9:00am, no appointment necessary. Opens at 9am and closes by 10:45 am or sooner if there is no one on the lot. If you just wish to look and do not need to start any vehicle, you are welcome to stop in.

Payment and Vehicle Registration
High bidders are obligated to pay for each vehicle they win, including all fees associated with the vehicle.
If you plan to bid on, and buy more than one vehicle, contact us before bidding on multiples. 

High Bidder- Call our office on Wed, July 17 between 8:30am - 3:30 pm to schedule your appointment (360) 876-0236. It is the high bidder’s responsibility to call us, even if you are putting the vehicle into another's name. The high bidder is ultimately responsible for payment in full. 

• Appointments available Thurs., July 18 and Friday, July 19 from 8:30am - 3:30pm.
• A few appointments are available on Sat., July 20 from 9am-10:45 am.
• We will confirm name(s) for documents, driver’s license, both physical and mailing address. 
• $50 a non-refundable deposit per vehicle will be required and credited with vehicle payment.
• All the documents will be prepped and ready to sign when you arrive at your appointment.
• The person whose name is going on the title MUST be present and they must present their ID.
• For vehicles being transported out of state, Washington state requires two forms of ID. Contact us to set this up.
• Chip enabled Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover with matching billing address, CVV Code and Expiration Date.
  Debit cards, please make sure your debit card has a high enough daily withdrawal amount to purchase a big-ticket item. If you do not know what your limit is, please call your banking institution to verify this BEFORE you arrive to pay.
• Cash accepted, please bring close to the exact amount as we hold limited change.

Fees: 

• $200 buyer's premium will be charged during your appointment
• Sales Tax 9.5% on motor vehicles and 9.2% on trailers and boats.
• Tab and License Fees will be charged during your appointment
  These fees start at $184.50 and go up. 
• Fees will NOT be shown on your emailed invoice.

Out-of-State Bidders
If the plan is to transport a vehicle out of state, you will need to call and verify that we have the actual title and not a Washington State release of interest (ROI). Otherwise, the vehicle must be processed in Washington with taxes and title transfer fees paid. Washington State requires, before passing title, we will need a copy of your driver's license and one other state ID or utility bill with matching address. The vehicle will need to be trailered out or you will need to purchase a 3-day move permit, this cost $33. Call our office before requesting to bid.
