Unpaid Balances: The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Lexington County, SC. Each transaction necessary to collect insufficient funds will have a $100 fee imposed. Nonpayment will result in legal recourse and you will be banned from future auctions. Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. All items must be removed the day following the close of the Auction during specified times, by appointment. NOTICE- 7/9/2024 It has come to our attention that the authenticator on some pieces was investigated for fraud. You are bidding on the pieces as is. We can not authenticate them in 3 days.
