TERMS: Auction terms and conditions - please review all Online terms prior to bidding! All auction lots are sold AS-IS, where-is without any warranties whatsoever. A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine final selling price. All purchases made by Indiana Residents will be subject to 7% Indiana Sales Tax. Sales tax will be charged on the Hammer Price and Buyers Premium. Any winning bid over $5,000.00 must be paid in cash at pickup or with a wire transfer at the expense of the buyer. A 3% discount will be given to any cash or check buyers. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE. Items must be picked up on location at 11146 N 1425 E, Evanston, IN 47531. Pickup will be Friday, June 28 from 2:00 to 6:00pm CST at location. PLEASE NOTE: PICK-UP IS TO BE SCHEDULED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY through our online signup genius calendar via email link. You will receive a link with your paid invoice to sign up for a specific pick-up time. Auction crew may only allow 3 people in the building at one time to remove large items. Buyers with one small item or several small items may be asked to wait for auction crew to bring their items out to them. All items sold online on location must be picked up on scheduled pickup dates/times. If items are not picked up on these set dates/times, buyer must notify Dixon & Dixon Auction Service LLC prior to end of auction and other arrangements must be made ASAP. Any specialized arrangement for pickup outside of the scheduled dates will be subject to an additional fee. All items must be picked up by no later than last day of pickup or they will be considered abandoned. Items left after that time will be forfeited back to Dixon & Dixon Auction Service LLC. All Sales Final, NO REFUNDS will be issued. BIDDERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR packing, loading and moving all items purchased without assistance from Dixon & Dixon Auction Service LLC. If items are not picked up on these set dates/times, buyer must notify Dixon & Dixon Auction Service LLC prior to end of auction and other arrangements must be made ASAP. Any specialized arrangement for pickup outside of the scheduled dates will be subject to an additional fee. All items must be picked up by no later than last day of pickup or they will be considered abandoned. Items left after that time will be forfeited back to Dixon & Dixon Auction Service LLC.
