Aron Auctions does not and will not contract with realtors. If the bidder wishes to have a realtor, that is the bidder's financial responsibility. There will be no commission from the auction paid towards a realtor from the seller or Aron Auctions. Winning bidder will be required to pay $5,000 NON-Refundable Earnest money within 48 hours of auction close. This money counts towards the final purchase price. Winning bidder will be contacted shortly after the end of the auction to set up a meeting within 48 hours with an Aron Auctions representative to sign the purchase contract and pay the non-refundable $5,000 earnest money. The winning bidder will have 30 days from auction close to contact Aron Auctions to set up the closing which will be done with Fidelity Title in Burlington, WI. We will be coordinating title insurance and closing with them. Any personal items on the property at the time of transfer/sale completion(Closing) becomes bidder's property. 2024 Taxes will be prorated and that amount will be refunded to the bidder by the title company.
