1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties. Assume all items are untested unless they specifically state they are tested. 2) Art is on display and can be previewed during office hours. Jewelry can be previewed by appointment, on Friday June 14th 9am-12pm, Wednesday June 19th from 1pm-4pm or Thursday June 20th 4:30-6pm. We welcome any expert, appraiser, or authenticator to verify the artwork. 3) Shipping is available on items that fit in a flat rate box for a $10 per item packaging fee plus the actual cost of shipping. It is a slow service. All packages will be insured all claims can be taken up with USPS not us. Items larger than a flat rate box must be picked up by a shipper during the designated pick up time. If they are not picked up they will be deemed abandoned. WE highly recommend contacting Jeffs Packaging in Kilmarnock for fragile and large shipping items. This will include the paintings. We will delvier them to Jeffs Packaging for a $10 fee. Bidders must contact Jeffs Packaging first to confirm with them before we will drop off items. Any in house shipping invoices not paid within 30 days of being sent will be deemed abandoned. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive a shipping invoice for in house shipping. We are an auction company not a shipping company. 4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time. 5) Pick-ups will be at Big Red Auctions Warehouse and Gallery at 488 N Main St Kilmarnock, VA 22482 on Friday June 21st from 9am-12pm or Tuesday June 25th from 10am-5pm. You may come anytime during the pick-up day. 6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items. Firearms will be transferred by Chandlers Firearms in Kilmarnock. There is $25 FFL Transfer Fee per gun paid directly to Chandlers Firearms. All Va Gun Laws apply. Shipping for Firearms must be coordinated by the FFL dealer and the Buyers FFL Dealer.
