Both of our customers are downsizing! One is moving to a new house that has mowing, maintenance, and care included! The home she is now in takes a lot of work to keep the garden in great shape - you will see when you get here to pick up your winnings. This home is a non-smoking, and pet friendly home with a lot of high-quality items that are clean and in excellent shape! The tools and equipment in the workshop are the same! The gentleman kept his tools in immaculate shape and had a manual for each of them! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. Tips accepted if you do need help.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are two pickup locations for this auction. The first one you will come to is where you can pay and get your invoice for location number 2. The second location is about ¼ mile down the road, we’ll get you the address when you pay. Bring help and tools that you may need, most items are bagged up, but some are not. Be prepared with totes, paper, and boxes. PS: drive the speed limit in Kechi… They lie in wait in hidden places!
