Everything is sold "as is". We accept visa, mc, discover, amex and cash sales... there is a 12% buyers premium for cash sales and 15% for credit card sales. Preview for auction starts day of sale at 2:00pm. We sell everything clean and ready to go.... however sometimes things fall between the cracks so please do inspection ahead of time.
Pickup for larger pieces of furniture is night of sale and day after from 9am till 12 noon.
