Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There may be items we can ship for you but you must contact us before the auction ends to verify items can be shipped. Absolutely no shipping options for ammunition sales. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction and 6% MI sales tax unless you show proper documentation that you have a valid MI sales tax license for resale. Firearms Sales Terms: All firearm buyers are subject to ATF NICS background check. All ATF documentation is required and will be adheared to and followed as required. Background checks must be run on the bidder who is registered with the auction. Valid State ID or Driver's License required for purchase. There is no exception for those with CPLs. Firearms and transfer fee must be paid for before check will be run. Failure to pass background check does not constitute a valid reason for refund. Please do not bid if you know you cannot own a firearm or if you know you will fail background check. There is a $15 transfer fee on top of the winning bid for all longun firearm sales and a $25 transfer fee for all handgun sales. Buyer responsible for providing thier own cases for firearms. Trigger locks provided with all handguns where possible. Shipping of firearms to valid FFL companys only. Absolutely no shipping of ammunition. Special Note: Starting January 1st 2019 we will be strictly adhering to our non payment/pick up policy. Everything must be picked up and paid for within times and dates provided. Those who do not pay for their items by the final pick up time listed will have their credit card on file charged for the full amount plus fees. There will be a $5 per day storage fee until items are picked up. If not picked up within 7 days items will be considered abandoned and resold for storage. If the credit card on file is declined for any reason bidder will be blocked from bidding on future auction on our site until a $35 reinstatement fee is paid plus any outstanding balance due after items are resold. All of this can be avoided with a simple phone call before the final pick up time to make other arrangements if needed and available.
