1. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties express or implied. That means INSPECT, INSPECT, INSPECT! There are absolutely NO RETURNS for any reason. By bidding, you are acknowledging that you accept items in their current condition. 2. A 13% Buyer's Premium applies to all purchases. 3. NC sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless you have a valid reseller certificate on file. 4. In all disputes, the decision of the auctioneer is FINAL. 5. The sale is being recorded. It is YOUR responsibility to know what you are bidding on and in what quantity. If you are unsure , then ask. Auction Company is not responsible if you misunderstand what you are bidding on. 6. Items are not considered sold until all items have closed and bids have been invoiced. 7. You are responsible for picking your items up of the day indicated in the auction listing. If you cannot pick up at that time, contact us and we will do our best to make alternate arrangements. Failure to pick items up on load out day without making other arrangements will result in a $10 charge per day for storage. After 7 days, any remaining items will be sold for storage fees with no refunds provided. If you make alternate arrangements to pick up and fail to show up, we will assume the items have been abandoned. 8. We reserve the right to pause or extend the auction if there is evidence of access issues caused by any intenet problem. This includes items that may have already ended, but have not yet been invoiced. We are not responsible for internet issues that may result from provider, server, router or any other issue that may prevent any buyer from bidding. We have no control over the internet or any of it's parts. For that reason, we recommend you bid early. We may not be available to address issues that may occur at or near the closing of the auction. 9. Due to the increasing incidence of fraud, we may at our sole discretion, require payment via wire transfer for any purchase.made by anyone. Please be prepared to pay via wire transfer if asked. 10. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to arrange shipping if requested. Shipping amounts will be collected separately by the shipper. All shipments must be in a trackable form. Shipments will only be sent to the address on file with the credit card used. We will not send to any other address. No exceptions.
