Shipping ONLY to address of record in HI-Bid -- buyer is responsible for ensuring the address is up to date and complete. Please note, some items may not ship and will be stated as such in the description.
Buyers premium of 17% applies to this auction. MININUM BUYERS FEE of 50 cents applies to all invoices. For example if you onyl win 1 lot at $2.00 bid your total will be $2.50 as the 50 cent mininum premium would apply. If you win 2 or more lots at $2 then then mininum premium would be met.
Any item not paid or picked up within 7 Days after the last hour of scheduled pick up, unless being shipped, will be considered abaondend and become property of JK Auctions. Rare special exceptions can be made by contacting the auctioneer BEFORE the end of pick up hours.
PICK UP is scheduled by appointment through the link sent to winning bidders. This usually takes place the first 2 afternoons after the auction ends.
You MUST provide a valid e-mail that you check and that accepts e-mails fom JKauctionsold@gmail.com, this burden of communication rests solely on the buyer.

If the buyer does not attend an in person preview, they agree that the images contianed in the catalog count as their preview.
Shipping is offered on most lots. Shipping is completed using the Shipping Saint software system by our in house shipping team.
All lots paid for by card will have 3% online, 5% in person convienience fee charged. The invoice sent will include the card charge. If paying cash in person the card charge is dropped and the cash in person rate is paid.

Jim Kellerstrass, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface.
You, the winning bidder, is solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of any items you may win at this auction. All paid property shall be picked up at the purchasers expense. If you are unable to safely pick up and remove your items during the item pickup times that have been scheduled for this auction, you must make other, preapproved, arrangements for in person pick up orior to bidding . Bring help to load your items, boxes/tubs & any tools you may need to disassemble items. The Auctioneer does NOT hold items beyond the published removal times. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times. If winning bidder has not responded to our outreach to schedule pick up of the items won within 72 hours of the close of the auction, the items revert back to JK Auctions. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the item(s) sold hereunder; and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any liability.
