TERMS: Auction terms and conditions - please review all Online terms prior to bidding! See more terms on auction catalog. All auction lots are sold AS-IS, where-is without any warranties whatsoever. A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine final selling price. All purchases made by Indiana Residents will be subject to 7% Indiana Sales Tax. Sales tax will be charged on the Hammer Price and Buyers Premium. Any winning bid over $5,000.00 must be paid in cash at pickup or with a wire transfer at the expense of the buyer. A 3% discount will be given to any cash or check buyers. Titles will be released once full payment is processed.
Items must be picked up on location at 8621 SR-37, Tell City, Indiana 47586. Pickup will be Monday, April 29th from 1:00 to 5:00pm CST at location. PLEASE NOTE: PICK-UP IS TO BE SCHEDULED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY through our online signup genius calendar via email link. You will receive a link with your paid invoice to sign up for a specific pick-up time. Buyers with one small item or several small items may be asked to wait for auction crew to bring their items out to them. SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION if requested, except for Lots 17 and 21. Shipping charge will include a handling fee of $15.00 per lot plus shipping costs. This must be arranged before the auction ends. Dixon & Dixon Auction Service LLC will not be held responsible for any damage during shipping.
