Inspections: We have convenient “office hours,” or contact us to schedule an appointment.
Removal Terms: Full payment must be made before items will be released to buyer. Items must be removed by the posted removal deadline.
• Buyer’s Fee: An auction Buyer’s Fee of 10% on cash/check payments will be added to all high bids to determine the final selling price (an additional 3% handling fee will be added to the Buyer’s Fee for debit card/credit card payments, a total of 13%)
• Tax: Rafter T Auctions is responsible for collecting MN Tax for items sold in the state. The buyer’s fee is also taxable. Tax exempt buyers are required to provide proof of exemption.
