Also, Mrs. Estella Armstrong O�Byrne was president of the Daughters of the American Revolution from 1947 � 1949 and was instrumental in compiling the roster of all patriots & soldiers of the American Revolution who are buried in Indiana. Prior to moving to Brookville, Mr. Newman was the Director of the Information Management Section of the Indiana State Supreme Court and history was his passion. He was not married & had the residence remodeled while keeping the original integrity of the 1850�s and has kept the residence in good condition during his occupancy.
