Items are only brought to shipper once a week usually the following monday,  and they usually call or email you the following week. If there is a holiday it may slow down shipping. (small items),  bring help to pickup furniture there is no one to help you. Item not picked up on Tuesday will incur a storage charge of 10$ a day!
