UNIT DEPOSIT: For all units there will be a $100 per unit deposit chraged and after the unit is emptied and swept out it will be refunded. PICKUP DATES: See checkout dates and times. Units are to be cleaned out within the time stated and you must make an appointment to have the lock removed and sign your invoice. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). The 3% Credit Card Processing Fee has already been included in the buyers premium. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION. RECEIPTS WILL BE MAILED TO YOUR MAILING ADDRESS ON FILE. HIGH BIDDER FAULT: If the top bidder's payment method does not go through upon the conclusion of the auction then the backup bidder will then be charged one bid amount higher than the bid at which the next highest bidder stopped bidding. This will continue down the bid line until a bidders payment goes through. Example: Bidder #1 wins the bid at $100 and payment doesn't go through. Bidder #3 stopped bidding at $57.50. Bidder #2 would then be invoiced $60. CREDIT CARDS BEING DECLINED: Successful bidders with credit cards that are declined at the conclusion of the auction will loose their winning bid and will not be allowed to bid on future storage unit auctions until Happy Trails Auctions & Sales decides otherwise. THEFT CLAUSE: Happy Trails Auctions & Sales and Mooseyard Storage is not responsible for anything that may be stolen from the unit once the auction has ended and your card has been charged. You accept full responsiblity for all items within the unit(s) you purchase. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS: Units must be picked up and cleaned out by Friday at noon the week of the conclusion of the auction. Units that are not picked up will be considered abandoned and become property of Mooseyard Storage and no refund will be given. You will also not be refunded the unit deposit of $100 per unit. EXTENDED BIDDING FEATURE: This auction features extended bidding. Any lot that receives a bid within 3 minutes of its scheduled closing time will remain open for bids past its normal close and will then enter into extended bidding. The lot will remain open until there are no bids received on that lot in the last 3 minutes of any extended bidding. This only affects lots with the last 3 minute bids; other lots will continue to close at their normal times. When a max bid is placed, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Another bidder has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically inject your bid in the next increment, continually after being outbid, until it reaches your maximum bid amount. AGE RESTRICTED ITEMS: All items that are sold that require a minimum age to be purchased will be enforced by Happy Trails Auctions & Sales upon the sale and pickup of those items. They items include but are not limited to adult material, alcohol, long guns, handguns, etc. RESALE: Happy Trails Auctions & Sales reserve the right to resell any property not paid for in full on auction day or not picked up within the 5 day storage period. The Buyer shall be responsible to Happy Trails Auctions & Sales for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale. Mooseyard Storage is having an auction for delinquent storage unit accounts. All bids must be placed on the website and payment must be received via credit card with no exceptions at the conclusion of the sale. All units will also be charged a separte clean-up fee deposit that will be refunded on your card after the unit has been cleaned out and must be done so by Friday, May 3rd at Noon or you forfit your entire deposit. Owners of the units can settle there account anytime prior to the auction ending. If this happens the unit will no longer be for sale and will be removed from the auction without notice.
