TERMS AND CONDITIONS -  Published Reserve Auction of 53 Acres, with Lakefront, on Lake Cumberland FORMAT, LOCATION AND CONDUCT OF THE AUCTION: The Online Published Reserve Auction for 53 acres of land with Property ID 022-00-00-004.00 will be held between March 15th, and begins to close at 4 pm on Wednesday, March 20th, 2024 with the auction beginning to close at 4 pm.  If any bids are made in the final five minutes of the auction, the auction will reset for 5 minutes and will continue to reset until no bids are made for a 5 minute duration. We are publishing the reserve on this sale.  That means the opening bid, removes the reserve.  The published reserve for this auction is $475,000.
