1. There will be a 18% Buyers Premium with a 3% discount for using cash or good check will be added to the high bid to determine the total sales price of any and all items.
2. Bidders/Buyers paying by credit card agrees to be subject to the jurisdiction within the Auction Company’s City and State.
3. The Seller, Auctioneer and or the Auction Company are making representation nor is either party warranting the character, quality, or other attributes of the property sold at auction.
4. The burden of inspection of any property is solely on the bidders. They can either inspect the property prior to the bidding or waive inspection prior to the bidding.

6. The Bidder agrees that, should a charge back be initiated, the Bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive of Bidder’s waiver of any charge back rights.

  Online Auction

Online auction starting on September 24th at 9:00 a.m. through October 8th at 3:00 p.m. Cash or certified check with bank letter will be accepted for this sale.  The boat will be released once checks have been approved and deposited into Auction Co.'s account.  There is a $300.00 fee that will be added to have the boat removed from storage building and loaded to your means of transport.  A lowboy trailer will be required.

The boat is a 1990 36 ft. Regal 360 Commador boat.  It has twin gas powered moters, one is in the boat and the other is in the warehouse that will go with the sale.  There are twin screws w/ brass props.  The cabin consit of a foward bedroom area with storage, galley, living and dining area, bath and another berthing or storage area.  There is a foward anchor bow wench.
