ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP BY SATURDAY, APRIL 6th at NOON. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Please present your paid invoice to load.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: On purchases UNDER $15,000 - Cash, Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer. No personal checks. THE ONLY FORM OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED ON PURCHASES OF $15,000 AND OVER IS WIRE TRANSFER. We will not charge a fee for wire transfers but the bank you are wiring the money from will. You will need a paid receipt before you are able to remove your items from the lot.
LOADING: FRIDAY, APRIL 5 10 am-5 pm
SATURDAY, APRIL 6 10 am-5pm
MONDAY, APRIL 8 10am-5pm
Property is to be paid for and removed by Monday, April 8th at 5pm unless other arrangements have been made. ITEMS REMAINING ON THE LOT AFTER 2 WEEKS FROM SALE CLOSING DATE ARE THUS FORFEITED BY THE BUYER AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE AUCTION COMPANY, COUNTY ROAD AUCTION & SALES, LLC REGARDLESS IF THEY HAVE BEEN PAID FOR OR NOT. This is your notification if you leave your items for 2 weeks without making other arrangements with us. Loader on site for loading during the designated times at no charge. If you come outside of the designated times of pickup there will be a charge for loading.
The Information Lead of each lot tells you what you are bidding on. The description explains what is included in each lot. The pictures of each lot are only a reference and other items may be in the background of the photos. It is the bidders responsibility to contact County Road Auction & Sales if you are in question as to what is included in the lot.
Winning bidders will receive an email with the invoice attached as to what lots you won and balance owing. This will be your notification. On Hibid, once the lot is sold it will read, You May Have Won or Outbid. When it says You May Have Won that is what it means maybe yes, maybe no. In the case of two persons entering the same maximum bid, the person to enter their maximum first time wise is the winning bidder. Your formal notice that you were the winning bidder is by email with the attached invoice. County Road Auction & Sales reserves the right to call a no sale on items that did not reach the reserve price. If the reserve had not been met on that item you were not the winning bidder. You will be emailed the invoice of what lots you have won. Please check your spam folder to alleviate confusion.

Certificate of Titles will be mailed out 10-20 business days upon clearing of payment into our account regardless of the form of payment used. Any back registration will be the responsiblity of the buyers.

This is a public auction so all qualified bidders may bid, including County Road Auction & Sales LLC owners, family members and employees. The Auction Company may bid on behalf of the seller up to the reserve, whether or not the reserve is published. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax of 4.2% will be charged according to the law. Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud.
