All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: After the auction has completely closed, winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. It takes 1 - 2 hours for all the emails to send. Thank you for your patience. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash, good check or credit card (4% added if paying by card) . You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendants at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. A loader tractor will be on hand to load the heavy implements, etc. Buyers are responsible for loading everything else. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details tab. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time. "No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be barred from bidding in Orrell Auctions and may be barred from other HiBid Auctions as well. Furniture, household, jewelry, clothes, decor, Holiday decor, electronics, hunting ** For Furniture buyers only - Monday pick up** - In case it rains all day Saturday (Pay and Pick up Day) , and you cant bring an an enclosed trailer or vehicle, Linda will be there Monday Feb 12th from 11 am til 1pm to allow you to pick up your furniture . **BUT you will need to bring help your own help Monday, there will be no one there to assist you in loading. ** All other items need to be paid for and picked up as usual Saturday Feb 10th between 9am and 3 pm. Pick up time is Saturday, February 10th from 9am til 3pm at 304 Crestwood, Monticello, AR 71655. **Buyers are responsible for loading. A strong young man will be on hand for hire or tips to assist you with loading. If you need his service, pay him directly, if you don't need him you are welcome to load it yourself.
