Appointments fill up quickly especially between 12pm and 2pm. David was an Agriculture Education Teacher and FFA Advisor for 34 years. He started his teaching career at Clyde A. Erwin High School in Ashville from 1980-1982. Then he had the opportunity to return home to teach at North Lenoir High School from 1982-2012 and 2016-2017. Lifelong Educator David was a longtime mentor and Master Scout for Boy Scout Troop 555 in Kinston and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Kinston Ward where he served as an Elder. He was a recipient of several Mentor Badges and awards. David helped numerous boy scouts through the years receive their Merit Badges and Eagle Scot achievements.
