Friday April 12, 2024 3:00pm to 6:00pm at Ultrastor in Caledon at 101 Abbottside Way
Saturday April 13 20, 2024 10:00am to 12:00pm in Vineland at Prudhommes Antique Market 3125 North Service Rd
****Shipping is available on MOST items, if in doubt please inquire before you bid.
Packaging may take up to 1 1/2 weeks following auction close, please be patient.
We charge $5 per envelope/bubble mailer or $10 per box (not per item) PLUS shipping costs and taxes for all shipments, if insurance is requested by buyer it will incur additional charges. Unusually heavy packages will be charged a reasonalbe fee on a case by case basis.
We reserve the right to determine most suitable method of shipping including whether your items will be shipped in a box or an envelope.
Items being shipped MUST be sent WITH tracking.
Our responsibility for shipments ends at time of delivery to carrier.
Please be sure you can attend the scheduled pickup date and time BEFORE YOU BID
REGISTERING TO BID:
-There is no cost to register for an auction.
-At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid as well as credit card information to ensure that you are a qualified buyer.
-We accept VISA and MASTERCARD
-All bidders must be of legal age to bid.
BIDS:
-No bids can be withdrawn after being placed.
-Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs,
however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults.
-Any grades provided on individual lots are ONLY A GUIDE. We can not overstate that it is your responsibility to determine exactly what you are bidding on before you bid based on the photos provided. If you need more pictures please email us well before the sale ends and we will try to assist.
-No responsibility is assumed by GTAbids or the seller for any errors or omissions.
-By bidding on an item you are signifying that you are accepting the conditon of the item "AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults" based on the photos provided in the auction listing.
BIDDING NOTIFICATIONS: At time of registration you can choose to be notified by e-mail during the auction if you have been outbid. Please note that outbid notifications are NOT sent out during the last two hours of the sale.
WINNING NOTIFICATION & INVOICING:
-When an auction closes, if you are the winner of any lot, we will charge your credit card with the winning bid amount plus the buyers premium as stated in terms of auction, plus taxes.
-All winning bidders will receive an e-mail with an attached invoice from GTAbids after the auction
closes, typically within 48 hours.
-If you believe you won and have not received an invoice please contact GTAbids and we will check
our records.
-If you'd like to know whether you won a lot at the close of the auction, check your "bidder history" -- if
it says "may have won" that means you are the high bidder on the lot. If you are not the high bidder, it will say "you have been outbid."
PICKUPS & REMOVALS:
-Dates and times for pickup will be posted on our website.
-Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up.
-At time of pickup please bring a copy of your paid invoice, if having someone else pickup on your
behalf please ensure they have a copy available to them.
-Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times will be considered an abandoned item.
-All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults.
-If you abandon or fail to pick up an item, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the
item plus a minimum administration fee of $25 plus labour and trucking fees to remove the purchased items from the auction site.
-Abandoning an item could result in you being banned from participating in GTAbids future auctions.
ADDITIONS & DELETIONS: We reserve the right to remove and/or add lots and/or items to the sale at any point during the auction.
PERSONAL & PROPERTY RISKS: GTAbids will not be liable for damage or injury to individuals or their property.
BUYERS: The BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save GTAbids, the Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of GTAbids, or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age.
