Absentee bidders will be sent an email the day following the auction if they win items. Payment must be received within 3 days after the winning email is sent and arrangements must be made for pickup, shipping, or delivery of items. If the foregoing is not complete by Thursday following the auction Silver Lake Auction retains the property and it will be resold or returned to the consignor. Buyers are responsible for packing and loading items and encouraged to bring their own packing materials and loading help. All merchandise not removed from the premises by Wednesday for floor bidders and Thursday for internet bidders after auction completion is considered abandoned and becomes the property of Silver Lake Auction LLC unless other arrangements are made to store the items. By placing a bid through this website or at the live auction, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item within 3 days should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction. Silver Lake Auction LLC and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time, up until the time the item is sold. All announcements made at the live auction supercede all previous announcements online or offline. Live floor bids have priority over absentee bidders in the case of a TIE BID. For example if an item starts at $5.00, you bid $7.50 absentee, and no other absentee bids are left. The auctioneer will ask for $7.50 to open. If there is a floor bid for $7.50, the absentee bidder (you) will not win the item. If no one at the live auction enters a bid, you will win the item for $5.00. All sales are final with no returns.
