Terms: All items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. All descriptions believed to be accurate but not warranted. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Shipping will be provided at buyers expense through shipping saint with shipping and handling fee. Items will be marked as what is shippable. Buyer must bring adequate help for removal of items. Buyers premium of 12% will be added to all final bids with registered cards being autorun at the conclusion of the auction. Address of pickup and preview will be given via email to registered bidders. Items not picked up after pickup day will be forfeited with no return of money. Pickup will be by appointment only through shipping saint on advertised days and times. Designated pick up times chosen by bidder will be followed and enforced. At conclusion of loading items, buyer must sign receipt that all items are accounted for and return signed paper to auctioneering staff.
