Wed, Dec 29: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm (Last Day for Pick Up)
Items are staged for you to "grab and go." For heavy items, please bring someone to help load.

The Stokes Annual Winter Break runs from December 22 - January 1 and our office will be closed. 

Shipping- Shipping may be provided by Pack and Mail Plus.
 Contact them directly for their fees for pick up, packing and shipping.
It is the bidder's responsibility to secure their own shipping.

NOTES

·         Min Bid is the NEXT bid required to place a bid over and above the Current Bid.

·         You can leave a "Max-Bid" over and above the Min Bid and the platform will bid in proxy for you up to your high bid.

·         If you bid and see "winning," wait for about 30 seconds to make sure there is not a max-bid in the queue, Max bids take precedence since they were given at an earlier time.

·         Bidding will extend for two minutes when a bid is placed within two minutes of closing.

·         High bidders will be emailed their invoice after the auction has ended. Please make sure your email is correct and your spam filters on your ISP are not too high. If you do not receive your invoice, please check your personal spam/junk mailbox or sign onto Apro and view your invoice, typically available shortly after close of the auction.

·         DO NOT BID if you think you cannot pay or pick up your items. Payment is due even if you are high bidder on a single item. Non-payment or not picking up will result in being suspended from bidding.

·         The buyer agrees that disputes may not be resolved by a credit card chargeback and buyer will not file a chargeback claim against Stokes Auction and/or its credit card merchant.
