Terms & Conditions Property sells "AS IS" with no warranties the successful bidder(s) must sign a contract provided by sellers attorney to purchase immediately following the close of successful bidding on the day of the auction. This contract is not negotiable. The final bid is subject to approval by the seller and the seller reserves the right to withdraw the property from sale at any time prior to receiving an acceptable bid. Arrangements for the Ten (10) % down payment (non-refundable) is due on the day of the auction closing, upon signing a contract. The down payment payable to the title company escrow account , a 3% buyer’s premium will be added to the purchase price.
