During the registration process, we gather personal information to authenticate your identity prior to placing bids. Additionally, we require credit card information to confirm your eligibility as a buyer. It is imperative that all bidders meet the legal age requirement to bid and purchase. We retain the right to add, remove, or revise lots/items at any time throughout the auction. It is the bidder's responsibility to remain vigilant and informed. We retain the right to pause, cancel or change the date of an auction at any time. In case of any discrepancy between the information in our listing and the certificate, the certificate will be considered the final authority. Our auctions use a Soft Close feature that prolongs the bidding period in the event that a bid is submitted within the final minutes. Once a bid has been placed, it cannot be removed. Following the conclusion of the auction, an invoice will be issued to you within 24 hours. The cost of shipping will be calculated based on your location. Once the invoice has been settled, we will proceed with arranging your shipment. The current processing time ranges from 5 to 10 business days. Payment for all items won must be completed within two business days following the auction's conclusion. Noncompliance with this policy may lead to your account being reported to Hibid and banned from participating in any future auctions. Canadian sales tax will apply for our Canadian bidders, according to their location. Winning bidders will get their invoice by email.
