NO Out of State Checks. ITEMS WITH TITLE; All items with a title must be paid in full on the day of pickup. Arrangements will be made with the assistance of the auctioneer between the buyer & seller for title transfer. Buyer is responsible for all title transfer fees & taxes. All titles MUST be transferred into buyers name before removal of item from premises. Title transfers to be done at Thatchers in Delmont, Pa. All items MUST be picked up during the scheduled pickup day & time. with the acception of titled vehicles or larger machinery, which will be given extra days for removal. Any items not picked up will be charged to the credit card on file & disgarded at the owners/auctioneers discretion.
