Bidding Live: You can also bid live as the auction closes. 30 minutes before the auction closes click on "enter live auction" button. Place your bids as the increments increase. Auction Closing: Our Internet auctions use a "soft close" format. An item will close every 15 seconds after the beginning of an auction. This gives the bidder the opportunity to bid on more than one item. If there is an advance bid inside of 2 minutes to close the bidding, that item will be extended by 1 minutes. This process will continue until there is no more bidding activity. Winning bidder must sign contracts along with a 10% of final bid price non-refundable deposit must be received by 5:00 PM on December 22nd .
