There will be some great finds in this auction! Tools, compressor, furniture, and who knows what else. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity. All units must be cleaned out by 4:00 on December 16. You will be responsible for cleaning out your unit of all contents. Doors will be opened for buyers to look in the morning of the auction. Pictures will be posted in the gallery of the units. Owners of the units have until December 15 to pay what they owe and recover their belongings. Units must be left broom clean. After paying for your unit, you will give the owner of the storage units a $100 cash cleaning deposit that will be returned to you at the end of the day when your unit is empty and swept out. No titles are available.
