Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items.

Auctin Pick up will be Thursday, November 30th from 10:00 till 3:00. If you require shipping, please call the Auction House at 903-312-7586 on Thursday. If you fail to pick up or call, your card on file will be charged and items forfeited. We are located at 2000 W.SW. Loop 323 in Tyler, TX.
