Rockport real estate!! Reed Auction has been commissioned to sell at public auction the real estate at 517 Pearl St. in Rockport, IN on Wednesday, Nov. 29th at 6PM. Along with the real estate, a 2004 GMC pick-up truck will be offered as well at auction.
The property has a 1977 two bedroom mobile home sitting on it along with a carport and a detached garage/workshop/mancave. It sits just about two minutes from the scenic Ohio River front and less to the grocery store and fuel station. Great investment opportunity as well.
The 2004 GMC truck has to be the cleanest older truck I have seen. It has just 67,xxx miles on it and looks just as clean and good on the outside as inside.
These two items will be offered at public auction on the premises at 517 Pearl St., Rockport, IN

Terms of the real estate sale and vehicle: Real estate is selling as is where is. A deposit of 10% of the final selling price will need to be paid the day of the auction in the form of cash or a personal/business check with the remaining balance due at the closing date. Winning bidder needs to have finances secured before bidding. If the winning bidder can not pay the remaining balance by the closing date, the 10% deposit maybe forfeited. The purchaser of the real estate will be responsible for all closing cost and will be given an up to date deed of transfer at closing. The entire selling price of the winning bid for the vehicle will be due the day of the auction with the sales tax being collected at the BMV.
