This property has been in the same family for over 3 generations. The present owners have operated the hunting preserve for 38 years, offering seasonal first-class upland game bird hunting. Now, due to health reasons, they have decided they need to sell the property. They are planning to continue the operation through December 30, 2023. Of the farms 127.41 acres, 123.85 acres are enrolled in Farmland Preservations.
