Also the shipping/handling fees are not included in the invoice sale total, The UPS Store will call you directly with the charges and your card will be ran separately. This is an OFFSITE auction located in Anderson, Ohio. The ONLY pickup day & time will be Saturday September 30th 10am-3pm. The ONLY Preview day is Thursday September 28th 12-2pm
This home has 3 levels with steep steps, all the bedrooms are located on the second floor. NO help will be avaliable on site. The home is located down a private drive and the driveway is on a steep hill. Please bring your own help for removal of Furniture and larger items.
