FIREARM and AMMO PURCHASES: All high bids from individuals (Non FFL Dealers) on firearms will be required to complete a NICS Background Check during time of checkout, so bring your Indiana driver's license. There will be a $20.00 processing fee for EACH firearm through The Garringer Group, LLC. to complete final purchase. FFL Dealers will need to bring a copy of their FFL license and driver's license upon purchase. Shipping is available and typically runs $30 handguns and $60 for long guns. Shipping is billed seperate and nothing ships until paid in full. All are shipped to another Class 1 FFL Dealer by USPS. You must be a resident of Indiana to pick up a firearm and the person who won/paid for it, unless you have the appropriate FFL license as determined by The Garringer Group, LLC. You must be at least 18 to purcahse long gun ammo and 21 to purchase handgun ammo. If it can be used in both, then it is handgun ammo. Bring your driver's license. No exceptions and no refunds if you fail a background check. Don't bid if you are a felon. AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every few seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend the auction for additional two (2) minutes. An e-mail of invoice will be sent to the winning bidder/buyer of each auction after auction has completely closed. PAYMENT: All buyers must pay for their purchases in full within the scheduled removal dates after sale. The Garringer Group, LLC. accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Cashier's Check. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time the sale ends and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. REMOVAL: All successful buyers must picked up their items within scheduled removal dates unless other arrangements have been made. No items can be removed until The Garringer Group, LLC. has received and acknowledged payment in full. No exceptions. For any items not picked up by scheduled removal dates, there will be a $3 per day storage fee starting after removal dates. The Garringer Group, LLC. will hold purchases for 5 business days. The Garringer Group, LLC. reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated removal period. SHIPPING INFORMATION: Smaller items can be shipped inhouse by our very experienced staff. We always go for the least expensive option and always follow federal law. Typically, flat rate boxes and packages are used. Shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks if we are swamped. Please wait this long to inquire about items you haven't recieved. Insurance is automatically charged to the buyer. Fragile items don't typically ship well, so don't expect them to be shipped. Ammo and Firearms always go 21 year or older signed signature receipt and is the cost of the buyer. Ammo must go UPS Ground. Nothing ships until you pay for the shipping cost.
