IMPORTANT' All winning bids accepted are deemed to be a valid contract between buyer and seller. Winning bidders are required to pay the winning bid (Hammer Price) plus all fees associated with transaction. It is the sole responsibility of bidders to conduct any due diligence prior to bidding which includes but is not limited to reading the complete description, reviewing all aspects of photos, calling for information or visiting auction premises when applicable.
