1948 Alis Chalmers B, it has been modified for the highway department because it was used to mow the banks. The motor was rebuilt approximately 3 years ago but hasn’t been used much since. It runs well but does need a little steering and brake work.

This lot contains a beautiful wooden style dresser with attached mirror. This item is in very good condition. A few minor scratches on the sides and quite a bit of wear on the top, along with blue paint on the bottom of the legs. Otherwise this item is in very good working condition. The drawers pull out and the mirror is not flawed. The dresser has wheels for easy moving. This would be a great addition to any home.

Gorgeous handcrafted items by Fred Petree of Excelsior Springs. Each piece has wonderful details, from the slatted bench back to the cradle that rocks. The bench is 18” x 12”. The cradle is 21” long by 13” high. The cradle contains a little pad and pillow ready for a favorite doll. Each piece is stamped with Fred Petree’s name and the year created. (1985 and 1986).

This lot contains one antique Art Deco waterfall vanity. This vanity has a very 1930s style to it. Wooden base and drawers accompanied by a large round mirror. All of the drawers work. This item is in very good used condition. Any scratches or marks could be fixed by someone with woodworking skills. This item measures 66” in height, floor to top. 47” in width, and 17” deep, with the drawers' height being 25”. Note: This item will be heavy and bulky to move.

Two vintage (possibly antique) wooden footstools. Both of these stools are padded and showcase a very nice design. These stools are in very good condition. Note that the yellow padded stool’s top comes off. These stools would look great in an antique-inspired home or office.

This lot contains one antique Art Deco armed vanity/guest chair. The chair is made of wood with a fabric seat. This item is in very, very good condition. The wood grain on the backside of this chair is really beautiful. There is also some detailing on the arms and the legs. This item measures 27” x 21” x 15”.

Vintage wooden bookshelf. This item is in very good condition. The dark wood is a classic look for any setting and the five shelves offer plenty of room for books or display items. This item measures 54” x 14” x 8”.

Mid-century two-tier side table. This table is made of wood and is in very good, durable condition. There are a few nicks and scratches (see pictures) but otherwise, this item is in great shape. The table top to bottom measures 24” x 23” x 23. The bottom shelf measures 14” in height.

Beautiful wooden child’s toy piano in very nice condition. A few scratches in the wood as would be expected for an item that is at least 50 years old, and some wear on the wood on top. Very melodic, Keys all work. 16”W x 20” H x 9” D.

Crestliner fishing/utility boat is 12" long and was issued in 1979. It has been taken apart and needs to be completely restored. Fishing boat, row boat.

A tall Aladdin brand oil lamp measuring 27”, features a 9” metal base, a milk glass basin, and a clear glass upper flute. Full functionality is unknown, but it is in good condition and is very pretty, with the only significant chip underneath the basin can, as pictured, and only minor tarnishing and wear on the metal segments.

Two oil lamps, measuring 13” and 14 1/2” tall respectively. One has yellow oil and intricate engravings around the base, the other has red oil and decorative silver garland in its basin. Full functionality is unknown but both appear to be in good condition and have no significant chips or cracks.

The red one is marked Oneida, tan is unmarked.

Pair of Homco porcelain figures from their Harvest Time line of products, both measuring 11” tall. One depicts a farm boy with a dog, the other depicts a girl holding a basket of grapes with a pair of ducks. Both of these figures bear minor discoloration/fading from age but are fully intact, with no significant chips or cracks.

Beautifully handcrafted in 1985 & 1986 by Fred Petree. These pieces were given special attention to detail from the beads on the potty chair, tassels on the tricycle, and horse mane and tail and pencil groove on the child’s desk. Wheels roll on the tricycle.

White enamelware canister measuring 10” tall and 7” wide. There are a few spots around the base and the edge of the lid where the enamel has worn away, and one spot on the side of the canister itself where ostensibly, an emblem once was.

Rocking chair with a matching foot stool. This item is in very good condition and the padding has held up quite well. No major visible scratches or marks on the wood detailing.

Vintage F&E Hedman Co. “Lightning” check writer. Series W, model 851167. Full functionality is unknown, and many of the numerical and brand markings have worn away heavily with time, but all of its pieces remain intact and moving parts are impressively functional, given its age. It measures approximately 10” tall by 8” wide. This is a sturdy and heavy object, made predominantly of metal. Near and on its base are plaques describing interface elements and insurance information.

Four cell phones, two having retained their original boxes. Includes two Samsung Sync phones, a Pantech, and a Siemens. None of these have charging cables with them, but all of them appear to be in working condition.

15” tall decorative, free-standing fountain. The cord is approximately 5’ long. It’s design features a dark brown vase-like central body with four speckled light brown basins attached to a groove down the front, which feeds water in a recursive fashion. The body is made of a hardwood substance. It turns on, but is untested.

Three matching Applied Lily of the Valley, two four-inch pitchers both marked Japan. Tiny teapot with applied blue roses, Dodge City Kansas pitcher, and more.

Nine commemorative and calendar plates with various painted designs, including two 1951s, a 1953, a 1956, two Pony Express plates, a Jesse James commemorative plate, a Texas commemorative plate, and a Lyndon B. Johnson plate. All of these plates are in good condition, minor wear and fading is present on a few of the designs, but they are all fully intact with no significant chips or cracks.

Nine decorative ceramic bird plates ranging in size from 5” to 9”, featuring a wide variety of birds, with blue jays, cardinals, and robins prominent. These plates are of various shapes and sizes, with four featuring intricate cutouts along their perimeter, and all but one featuring a gold-banded rim around the edge as well. These are purely decorative plates, and many of the smaller ones feature string or wire embedded into the back with which to hang them.

Nine decorative plates ranging in size from 8” to 8 1/2”. Two feature floral motifs, four are a matching set featuring fruit motifs, and one depicts leaves and a butterfly with a Rudyard Kipling quote. They are all in good condition, with no significant chips or cracks.

Both are made in the USA, one is Ansco and the other is Eastman Kodak.

Plate baskets, fish match holder, basket, vintage bowling bowls, little round basket, little round doilies, wooden iron recipe holder, and more.

Various baking pans for cakes and loaves, one rectangular pan measuring 10” x 5” and four circular pans with 10”, 9 1/2”, 9 1/2”, and 8” diameters respectively. All five are in great condition, with only minor scratches and wear.

Pair of welded black metal sconces in gothic style, measuring 14” tall and featuring ornate curvature throughout their bases. Both are in good condition, their candle wells are 7” deep for candles of many shapes and sizes. They stand freely and have a base clearance of 7 1/2” x 7 1/2”.

Nice celluloid mirror and comb. Two little vintage perfumes, a child's purse with a smudge, and a vintage guitar pin with four colored stones.

Set of five colorful nesting mixing bowls that are both decorative and functional. Country style colors and trim. All are microwave and dishwasher-safe. Colors are medium green, brown, deep red, cream, and light brown. The largest bowl is 10 1/2” in diameter and the smallest bowl is 5 1/2” in diameter. In like new condition.

Numerous plates, bowls, cups, and saucers of various shapes, sizes, and conditions. Many of these have floral motifs, some are purely decorative and some are suitable for normal use.

German-made mother Mary and baby Jesus orthodox icon, made of brass on a wood frame. Measures 5 1/2” x 7” altogether. Features a very small bell hanging from the bottom and two bolts bedded in the back that holds the brass relief bust to the wooden plaque. Features Greek markings “IC XC” (Jesus Christ) and “MP OY” (Mother of God). This plaque is in great condition, with very little notable tarnishing.

Vintage green 6-inch crock bowl. 8-4”x2” crock bowls gray and blue, black and gold creamer, and gold 6-inch square bowl with leaf.

Nine bubble glass serving dishes, all identical to each other. Measuring 8” across with a rise of approximately 1 1/2”. The perimeter features three rings of concentric glass “bubbles” and the base is outer-bordered with a similar motif. All nine are in good condition with no significant chips or cracks.

Coal Hod, fireplace poker, black lantern, fireplace implement stand with a broom.

Never used set of four enameled cast iron cookware includes 9 x 13 baking dish, sauce pot, small covered double handled pot, and a 10” square grill pan. The single lid fits both pots.  Deep red color with white interiors. Brand is Field Chef.

Four tins; two Jack Daniel’s brand tins and two Red Man chewing tobacco tins. The two Jack Daniel’s tins measure 8” x 10 1/2” x 4” and 7 1/2” x 9 1/2” x 3 1/2”, respectively. The two Red Man tins both measure 6” x 6 1/2” x 6 1/2”. All four are in good condition, with minor wear and tear from use and age. The Jack Daniel’s tins have latched lids that open on hinges, and paper inserts.

Beautiful and ornate antiqued metal frame. Oval-shaped with an equally ornate stand attached to the back. Oval opening with beaded trim can display artwork, photos, fabric, etc. 10” wide x 9 1/2” high. There is a very nice 4” high beaded silver plated frame with an oval opening. Also included are a “Baby’s First Christmas” resin frame, a wooden “grandchildren” frame, a gold-toned certificate frame, a brown wood frame with an unusual wood mat inside, and an off-white “ Our Baby” frame that has a vintage look with roses and leaves decor along the bottom.

Quaint figurines include a battery-operated clock, bunnies, a birdhouse, a fishing bear, and more. The clock stands 91/2” high. Bear is 5 1/2” tall. All others are 3” to 4” tall

Glass is in one piece, with no breaks or cracks. The glass is also thick and durable. The wood is solid on the sides but weak on the bottom.

This lot contains two vintage rustic side tables. These items are made of solid wood and are extremely sturdy. The style of these tables is farmhouse industrial, as it is rustic in nature and design. This lot contains two items. The first item is very rare and very neat. It is a vintage Kodak Kodaslide Merit Projector with a carry case. This projector has not been tested but even so, it would be a great display item for your home. This item looks in very good condition. There is a little wear on the carry case but it’s so vintage-looking that it really doesn’t stand out. The second item is a Digital Concepts tripod. This tripos has two height settings for the legs and, when extended fully, measures 50” in height. Very good working condition.
